![]() Q: How long is a half day and what if I go over?Ī: A half day of daycare is four hours or less. We do not charge for customer supplied meals but if you request our food we charge $3 per meal. We supply Natural Balance Ultra Grain Free Chicken formula dry food and Natural Balance Lamb and Rice formula wet food. Please just let us know when you drop them off which meal it’s for and whether you will be supplying your own food or if you will need to purchase our in-house food. Q: Can you feed my dog while he or she is at daycare?Ī: Yes, we can feed your dog any meal they will need while they are with us. We can also give you an update when you pick your pup up for the day! You can either log on to our webcams through to see your dog live in action or you can check in by giving us a call and we will provide you with an update on what your dog has been up to. Q: How will I know how my dog is doing while at daycare?Ī: There are a couple different ways you can find out how your dog is doing while at daycare with us. If you know you’ll be in a hurry, feel free to call ahead so we can get you pup ready for you! If your dog likes to play in the pool they may be wet at the end of the day and need to be dried off. However, there are peak pickup and drop-off times when you may have to wait a few minutes. Q: How long is the wait to drop off my dog in the morning or pickup in the evening?Ī: It depends! Oftentimes there is no wait and you will be in and out in a minute. However, if you would like your dog groomed while they are here or would like them to stay overnight, we do want you to call to make sure we have space available! Q: Do I need to make a reservation for daycare?Ī: Not at this point. ![]() It my take a couple of visits for your dog to become comfortable at The Bone Adventure as they are still getting used to the environment and the staff. Once your dog is ready and has passed our two-hour temperament test, it’s best to start them with a half day of daycare (4 hours). Getting them used to a group of dogs will help ease them into a daycare setting.
